We also offer an ever changing gourmet to-go menu, We at FORM look to have every customer taste our products. We strive to be the Best All-around Service provider of gourmet food & wine in the city.
We do conduct Private Dining after hours with NO RENTAL FEE (8 persons minimum, up to 30), Catering (from 10-500), and Gourmet TOGO as well as Regular Wine Dinners that ARE the best "VALUE" in Savannah!( Starting at ($65 per person++) Just ask around! Call us the morning of if you and a group of friends are looking for a unique Dining experience. We are here for you and can provide you with an amazing menu and Wine Dinner as long as no-one else has booked that evening. NY, Christmas, Thanksgiving may be an exceptionas we do generally have multiple request for events at or around those dates; so we may have 2-3 parties going with your permission of course.
